This time of year there is a dramatic increase in bicycle
punctures. This is usually because of the hedge cutting that takes
place throughout June but also the gause bush and hawthorn bushes
on the pathways around our lovely island paths.
If you do repair your puncture make sure you have checked to
remove the offending item from the tyre before installing
new/repaired inner tube or else sure an back wheel follows front
wheel you will get another puncture very soon.
Make sure your run your fingers around the inside of the tyre
and if you feel anything sharp remove it with tweezers.
